Memo Gidley Wins GT Class at Thunderhill and Bovenberg Tops Crowded Sportsman Class

In the Super Touring class, Doug Makishima continued his record setting performance with eight straight wins dating to last year. Makishima’s Summit Tech BMW M3 seemed unaffected by the tremendous heat and was turning super quick lap times. Finishing a strong second was the West Coast Ravenol Volkswagen Jetta of Reto Baumann.
